Peggy “Lisa” Neeley, 50, of Loogootee passed away on Monday, November 25, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was born on March 22, 1969 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Stanley “Butch” Paton and Sharon (Morin) Pierce.
Lisa married Alan Neeley on April 15, 1995. She was a retired pet groomer, avid hobbyist in growing unique succulent plants with a group of friends nationwide. She loved to spend time with her family, her grandchildren, and her dog Leroy.
Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Stanley “Butch” Paton, Father-in-law, Robert Neeley, Mother-in-law, Freda Neeley, and her brother Danny Hamilton.
She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Alan Neeley, her mother; Sharon (Jimmy) Pierce, her sons; Michael Decker, and Dustin (Erin) Decker, her siblings; Bobby (Tammy) Hamilton, Angela Allbright, Valerie (Zeplyn) Keller, Bobby Craven, her in-laws; Michael (Kim) Neeley, Doug (Becky) Neeley, seven grandkids, and ten nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, IN. Friends may visit from 11:00 until the time of service. Burial will follow in Scotland Cemetery.
