ARRESTS

-Overnight, 34-year-old Anna Russell of Washington was arrested by the Washington PD. She’s charged with Driving While Suspended, a 2nd offense, and with Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance.  No bond was set.

-The Daviess county Sheriff’s Department arrested 3 following a Friday investigation.  30-year-old Brandon Crowe, 47-year-old Daniel Butler and 48-year-old Lisa Simmons are all charged with Possession of Marijuana, Meth and Paraphernalia.  Simmons is also charged with Possession of a Syringe and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Crowe and Butler are charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance.  No bond was set for Crowe and Butler, Simmons’ bond was $25000.

-A Washington man was arrested by Daviess County Deputies Friday for Domestic Battery.  No bond was set for 48-year-old Craig Roark.

-Indiana State Police arrested a Washington woman for False Government ID.  No bond was set for 38-year-old Patricia Garcia.

-Christopher Latimer, 43 of Mitchell was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on Friday for Failure to Appear for Possession of Marijuana.  Bond was set at $5000.

-51-year-old Amanda Hunt of Loogootee was arrested on a Writ of Attachment Friday.  Bond was posted.

POLICE REPORTS

-The Sheriff’s Department was called to State Road 57 and Ohio Street at just before 7 Friday morning. There was a report of a vehicle in a ditch.  It was towed from the scene.

-There was a car/deer crash on I69 at mile marker 82. That was reported just before 6 last evening.

-Another report of a car being broken into was made at 10 last night from a West Van Trees address.

-A resident on Northwest 8th in Washington made a report at 7:32 Friday morning of a breaking and entering in her parked car.

-Washington Police worked an accident at 8-am Friday at 257 and Business 50.
