Resisting arrest in Washington;Drug arrests in Odon

-An investigation Friday resulted in the arrest of 41-year-old Marty Fowler of Evansville. Washington Police charged him with Resisting Law Enforcement, Obstruction of Justice, Tampering with Justice and Disorderly Conduct.

-Odon Police made two drug arrests Friday.  36-year-old John Overton of Odon and 31-year-old Audra Pannell of Scotland were arrested for Dealing and Possessing Meth, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Obliterating a Gun Serial Number and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  Overton faces an additional charge of Neglect of a Dependent.

-Washington Police arrested 21-year-old Kiana Boone of Washington Friday for Failure to Appear and for Operating a Vehicle While Never Licensed.  No bond was set.

-59-year-old Robert Logston of Washington was arrested on a warrant Friday for Failure to Appear for Public Intoxication.

-Barbara Duncan, 53 of Washington was arrested on a warrant Friday for Failure to Appear for Invasion of Privacy.  Bond was posted.

-An accident with injuries was reported at 5:15 yesterday afternoon on 900-East near Odon.  Madison Fire, the Sheriff’s Department and DCH Ambulance responded.

-A two vehicle accident where one of the vehicles was said to have hit a garage was reported at 9:14 Friday morning. That was on Downey Avenue.
