Weekend accidents, incidents and arrests

-At right about 9-pm last night, authorities received a call of a head-on crash with two vehicles from an address on 200-North at Montgomery.  Police reports say four people signed medical releases at the scene.  The vehicles involved were towed.  The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, Cannelburg and Montgomery Fire and DCH Ambulance Service responded.

-A caller reported their motorcycle on fire Sunday. The call came in at just after 4-pm from Highway 50 and 800-East.   The bike was reported to be a total loss.  There were no injurires.  Cannelburg and Montgomery Fire Departments responded.

-Saturday there was a one vehicle accident on State Road 57 at 900-North.  A deputy reported coming up on the accident at 9:41-am.  There was heavy front end damage to the vehicle and no serious injuries.

-A utility pole was hit by a motorist at 863 State Road 57 in Washington Saturday morning.

SUNDAY ARRESTS

-30-year-old Semsair Paul of Washington was arrested Sunday for Battery by Washington Police. No bond was set.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 65-year-old Gary Sexton of Washington Sunday with 2 counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with Endangerment.  Bond was set at $2000.

-20-year-old Denver Simmons and 22-year-old Paul Shartzer both of Washington were arrested by Washington Police Sunday for Possession of a Syringe and Nuisance offenses. No bond was set.

-40-year-old Travis Breach of Princeton was arersted Sunday by Daviess County Deputies for two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with Equal or Greater than .15%. No bond was set.

-A Washington man was charged Sunday with Operating While Intoxicated with a passenger under 18, with Operating a Vehicle While Never Licensed and Neglect of a Dependent. No bond was set for 37-year-old Ignacio E. Revolorio.

-Loogootee Police report they arrested 57-year-old Kelly E. Winninger of Loogootee on Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated with over .15% and with Endangerment. 


SATURDAY ARRESTS

-60-year-old Terry L. Goodwin of Odon was arrest Saturday for Public Intoxicated. Bond was posted.

-Indiana State Police arrested 28-year-ld Timothy A. Clark of Washington Saturdasy for Operating While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $2000.

-An investigation on Saturday led to charges of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon against 54 year old Hector M. Rodriguez of Worester, MA.  No bond was set. The arrest was made by Washington Police.

-Vladimir Dorcinvil of Vincennes was arrested by Washington Police on Saturday for Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia. Bond was posted.

53-year-old Rhonda J. Mattingly of Washington was arrested Saturday for Possession of Meth. Bond was posted.
