State Police reported Friday that a 14 year old student at Sullivan Middle School was charged with Intimidation on Thursday.
Investigators says the teen made an allegation to other students that someone was coming to the school grounds with a gun. The person accused was found not be in possession of any weapons and was cooperative with law enforcement.
The teen is charged with Disorderly Conduct as well as a Felony count of Intimidation and was taken to the Southwest Regional Youth Village in Vincennes.
