The average price of gas in Indiana is $2.53, says GasBuddy.com. That’s down a couple of cents from Wednesday. The cheapest gas Friday morning was at a gas station in Hanover at $2.27. It’s $2.33 at many stations in Evansville, Princeton and Bedford.
Gas prices throughout the area including Washington, Petersburg, Vincennes and Loogootee are 2.45 to 2.49 according to gasbuddy.com.
