The Knox County Sheriff’s Department reports they were dispatched to Good Samaritan Hospital on Saturdasy at 11:18-pm in reference to a possible sexual assault of a child. Upon investigation it was determined the alleged crime happened in Bicknell. After a weekend investigation, Andrew C. Derouin of Bicknell was charged with Child Molesting, Rape, and Domestic Battery. Bond at the Knox County Jail was set at $75,000.
