(NETWORK INDIANA)   Gov. Holcomb is going to Asia in September to help Indiana’s economy. His mission is to strengthen relationships between Indiana, Japan, India, South Korea and China. Holcomb said he hopes culture, education, government, and even sports relationships will get a boost from the trip. The trip will not cost you any money. It’s being paid for by private donations to the Indiana Economic Development Foundation. Nearly 200,000 Hoosiers are employed by foreign-owned businesses like Subaru, Toyota and Honda. Business partnerships between Indiana and other countries have increased 300 percent in the last three years.
