Possession arrests made overnight

-Odon Police arrested 32-year-old Thomas Shofner of Montgomery overnight for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was booked in without bond.

-Daviess County Deputies made an overnight arrest.  58-year-old Lyle Yargus of Marshal, IL was charged with Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia.  Bond was set at $2500.

-Washington Police were summoned to an accident at Southwest 10th and West Oak at 3:42 this morning.  Upon investigation police reports state that there was a vehicle in a ditch that appeared as if the motorist had tried to get out.  The police report also states that a report will be sent to the prosecutor’s office for charges of Operating While Intoxicated against the driver.

-A Washington man was jailed for Resisting Law Enforcement and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  No bond was set for 40-year-old Chris Selby.  He was arrested Thursday by Washington Police.

-Washington Police served an arrest warrant on 23-year-old Ryan Strange of Montgomery on Thursday.  He was wanted for Criminal Confinement.  Bond was set at $100,000.

-Washington Police charged 21-year-old Jose Mora with Operating While Never Receiving a License.  No bond was set.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42-year-old Ayron Miller of Vincennes on a warrant for Failure to Appear for False Informing.  Bond was set at $2500.
