A Resource Management Fair for family landowners will be held tonight (Thurs) in Montgomery.  The event will help those in attendance learn about natural resources, the invasive plants that threaten them, and tools to manage them.

Marion Mason is with the US Forest Service and she says invasive plants are taking a toll on many in Indiana as well as the nation…

A couple of those species include Bradford Pear Trees and the vine known as Wintercreeper.

The free seminar open to all is at the Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area from 6 to 8.

There will be giveaways and crafts for children also.
