Chad Bosse was caught in Evansville on Monday.
He had been wanted for several weeks. He had not been seen since June 20th when he was furloghed from the Daviess County Security Center to go to his mother’s funeral. He did not return and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
In the meantime, two trials in Daviess County went on without him and he was found guilty of Burglary, Theft, Neglect of a Dependent as well as Possession of a Syringe, and being a Habitual Criminal in connection with multiple crimes in Vanderburgh County. A sentencing date was set for September 12th.
Bosse now faces more charges in Vanderburgh County as according to the Washington Times Herald he was arrested Monday for drug possession as well as the Daviess County Warrant for failing to return to detention. His brother, Jeremy James Bosse was also arrested for Assisting a Criminal. He was released on bond.
