A Bicknell Police Officer has pleaded guilty to Criminal Recklessness.  With the plea, Kevin Carroll will not serve any jail time.

Carroll has been on administrative leave after an April 2018 arrest by State Police and the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force.  He was accused back then of sharing information concerning an undercover drug operation.

The Vincennes Sun Commercial reporting that it was alleged that Carroll had talked to a Daviess County resident and may have compromised an investigation and put undercover officers at risk.   Prosecutors say Carroll’s plea agreement resulted in the more serious Official Misconduct charge being dropped.
