An Evansville man remains at large after being released on furlough from the Daviess County Security Center to attend his mother’s funeral and never returning.

An arrest warrant is out for 40-year-old Chad Bosse who’s not been seen since June 20th.  He’s wanted for Failure to Return to Lawful Detention.

Meanwhile, two trials ended in guilty verdicts from Daviess County juries against Bosse this week. The Washington Times Herald reports Bosse was convicted Thursday for Burglary, Theft, Neglect of a Dependent as well as Possession of a Syringe. Friday he was found guilty of being Habitual Criminal in connection with multiple crimes in Vanderburgh County.

He faces 9 to 38 years in prison. A sentencing date was set for September 12th.
