Two major retailers will be setting up shop in Vincennes. One is the Oklahoma based arts and crafts chain Hobby Lobby, the other has yet to be named.
It was announced this week by Vincennes realtor and developer Heath Klein and the Knox County Area Plan Commission that Hobby Lobby will located in the former K-Mart Building in Vincennes.
The Vincennes Sun Commercial reports the APA said the land use permit is for a 50,000 square foot facility and work has started. Hobby Lobby should be open by spring of next year.
Meanwhile, another major retailer is also said to be locating in the same location and will be open in the fall of 2020. Who that is, is yet to be announced.
