-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 37-year-old Janessa McCracken and 47-year-old James Robinson of Vincennes with Possession of Paraphernalia. McCracken is also charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Robinson with Visiting a Common Nuisance. No bond was set for McCracken, Robinson posted bond.
-A Montgomery man was jailed on Monday for Possession of Paraphernalia and Driving While Suspended. 36-year-old Joshua D. Wyatt was arrested by WPD. Bond was posted.
-An Odon man was arrested on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence on Monday. Bond for 47-year-old Anthony J. Pottorff was set at $50,000.
-A Washington man was arrested by WPD for Driving While Suspended. 24-year-old Austin T. Gray posted bond.
-The Daviess county Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old Shan M. Bowers of Edwardsport on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence. Bond was set at $10,000.
