A Northern Daviess County man was taken into custody Monday morning and charged with Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon, a Level 5 Felony.
It all started around 1-am Monday when a woman told authorities that 57-year-old Gregg Goodheart of Elnora had pulled a gun on her during a domestic situation over a dog.
Police went to his Day Street home where Goodheart had gone and after several attempts to gain cooperation were ignored, a search warrant was obtained. During the investigation it was learned that 3 juveniles and another adult male were in the home.
At 10-am, Goodheart was taken into custody without incident and there were no injuries.
Washington Police, Elnora Police the Daviess County Prosecutors Office and DCH Ambulance Service assisted in the incident.
