Weekend Arrest Report

Here is this morning’s area report from the Daviess County Security Center:

Just after 11 a.m. Saturday, Washington Police Officers initiated a traffic stop for disregarding a stop sign.   The officers discovered that the occupant of the vehicle was the subject of an out of state warrant. Officers arrested 38 year old Michael Moore. He was transported to the Security Center.

At 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Washington Police arrested 24 year old Wilfrede Boniface of Washington on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Refusal, False Informing, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License. He was transported to the Security Center.

At 3:56 p.m. Sunday, Washington Police received a call about a property damage accident on Robinson Street. Police report that 36 year old Ashley Gerber turned off NW. 9th Street and was west bound on Robinson when she struck a parked vehicle. Gerber was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with passengers under the age of 18. She is being held on a $2,500 bond.

Sunday, Washington Police Officers arrested 19 year old Hunter Clark of Vincennes on a charge of Battery with a Deadly Weapon. He remains in the Security Center.

Also on Sunday, Bicknell Police arrested 41 year old Donald Long on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Dealing in Methamphetamine. He is being held in the Knox County Jail on a $15,000 bond.

And in Dubois County, a Jasper woman is in jail after attempting to kick police officers.   Jasper Police responded to a domestic disturbance Saturday night report they found 34 year old Kristina Lewis of Jasper with a .29 % blood alcohol level. Lewis, who is accused of battery on her spouse, became combative and attempted to kick the police officers.   She was taken to the Dubois County Jail where she faces charges of Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Law Enforcement.
