Here is this morning’s area report from the Daviess County Security Center:
Wednesday, Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 39 year old Derek Wininger of Washington. He was booked into the Security Center on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC greater or equal to >.15 BAC, Failure to return to lawful detention, criminal confinement, Operating a vehicle with a Schedule 1 and 2 Controlled Substance, Operating While Intoxicated, Domestic Battery, Strangulation, and Invasion of Privacy. No Bond was set.
Also on Wednesday, Washington Police Officers arrested 31 year old Jarred Duncan of Vincennes on charges of False Reporting and Failure to Appear.
On Thursday, 43 year old Jimmy Eaton of Vincennes was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies for Failure to Appear for Deception. He is being held in the Security Center on a $2,000 bond.
And early this morning, Washington Police arrested 26 year old Mark Joseph of Washington for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
