Sentencing for the Pike Co. man who killed his ex-girlfriend’s dogs.
A judge Monday sentenced Jordan Hunt to 2.5 years in prison for animal cruelty.
Hunt was convicted May of stealing, killing, and burning two dogs that belonged to his ex-girlfriend, Chelsie Koutz, in September 2018.
The dogs were found in a rural area near Hazelton, according to Indiana State Police.
