A Pike County man has been found guilty of killing his ex-girlfriend’s two dogs last fall.

On September 26, Indiana State Police arrested 28 year old Jordan Hunt of Hazelton, on charges of domestic violence, animal cruelty, and killing a domestic animal.

Hunt was convicted of taking two dogs belonging to his ex-girlfriend from her Evansville home. Police say he shot the dogs and burned their bodies. The remains of the dogs were later found near Hazelton.
