A flood watch is in effect through tomorrow morning.
The National Weather Service reports that several rounds of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are expected and we could see 2 to over 3 inches of rain by mid-morning tomorrow. The heavy rainfall will produce flooding in low lying and poor drainage areas..and along area rivers and creeks.
Residents are advised to monitor weather forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
