WPD and DEA have made 19 meth arrests in the last month

        Almost $25,000 worth of methamphetamine has been seized and 19 people arrested on meth charges in the past month in Washington.

        City Police and the DEA Task Force conducted the investigations leading to the arrests and seizure of the over 246 grams of meth.

        The most recent incident was late Friday night where 3 people were arrested for having 5.3 grams of meth.

        37-year-old Britney Boyd and 34-year-old Zachary Harner along with 26-year-old Rachel Harris all of Washington are charged with Conspiracy to Deal Meth. Boyd was also charged with Dealing Meth and her and Harner are also charged with Possession of Meth. 

        Indiana State Police assisted Washington and the DEA in that investigation Friday.
