Drug arrests net almost $5000 worth of meth

        Last night, Washington Police released details on the five drug arrests we told you about yesterday morning.

        Monday, city police, Indiana State Police and the DEA Task Force served a narcotics search warrant at a Washington Apartment.  Found were 4.5 grams of meth along with paraphernalia and items associated with distributing meth.   Arrested there were 42-year-old Betty Edmondson, 22-year-old Keirsten Arp and 21 year old Jordan Helderman.

        Later in the evening on Monday, the investigation had led to a local motel where Shane and Amanda Fellers, both 40 of Evansville were arrested when over 34.5 grams of meth were located.  That led to a search warrant being obtained for the Fellers’ Evansville home where another 9.5 grams of meth were found.  The total street value of the meth confiscated on Monday was nearly $5,000.
