Three arrested after traffic stop

– A traffic stop at just after 1-pm Friday resulted in 3 arrests.  24-year-old Austin D. Collins, 45-year-old David Stoll both of Washington and 46-year-old Lester J. Brummett of Loogootee were all charged with Possession of Meth and Marijuana.  Collins and Stoll are also charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance. Brummett faces additional charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Driving While Suspended with a Prior

-31-year-old Jordan L. Burch of Loogootee was arrested for Failure to Appear for Operating While Intoxicated charges, Driving While Suspended and Possession of Marijuana.  Bond was posted.

-Odon Police charged 23-year-old Nickolas M. Gaines of Elnora with Operating While Intoxicated. 

-A Washington Police investigation resulted in the arrest of 34-year-old Anna M. Russell. She’s charged with Disorderly Conduct and Residential Entry.  No bond was set.

-A Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigation resulted in the arrest of 34-year-old Eli S. Swartzentruber of Worthington.  He’s charged with Disorderly Conduct, Battery on Law Enforcement and Criminal Recklessness.

-A car and a Fed-Ex Truck collided on Center Street last evening. There were no injuries.

-Two vehicles crashed at Apraw Road and Northwest 2nd last evening. No injuries were reported.

-A vehicle hit a utility pole on 200-West in Washington late yesterday morning. The pole was broken in half and power lines were down.  The motorist had abandoned their vehicle.

-There were no injuries when two vehicles collided on East US Highway 50 and 1200-East yesterday just before 10-am.

-No injuries on 550-North early Friday morning when two pickups crashed.

-There was a one vehicle accident near Odon on I69 at the 80 mile marker early Friday morning. There were no injuries.
