Pike & Sullivan Counties Have Yet to Upgrade to Online Filing System

Pike and Sullivan Counties are two of the four Indiana counties that have not upgraded to an on-line filing system for state court cases.
The Associated Press reports that Clinton, Howard, Pike, and Sullivan still have to upgrade their systems. Indiana’s other 92 counties have already installed the Odyssey case management system.
The new system allows for free on-line searches of the status of court cases.
Howard County is scheduled to have the system up-and-running in April, Clinton and Pike Counties are scheduled to implement the system in May, with mandatory e-filing in June and July.
Sullivan County has yet to deploy the Odyssey case management system, and is waiting on case management system up-grades to implement the system.
