Washington Police report that on Friday they arrested 29-year-old Derek Godfrey. They say they were notified that Godfrey had removed his ankle bracelet and didn’t return to work release. Police later learned Godfrey was in Bicknell. He was later apprehended on Highway 358 just inside Daviess County. He’s charged with Termination of Community Corrections, and with Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia. Also arrested in the incident was 38-year-old Jaqueline Acevedo of Betham, Pennsylvania for Felony Assisting a Criminal.
