Friday arrests

-An investigation last night in Washington resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Jack Worland of Bicknell.  He was taken to the Daviess County Security Center by city police for Public Indecency, Public Nudity, Possession of Meth and Maintaining a  Common Nuisance.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested Joy Wixom, 48 of Indianapolis on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Check Deception. Bond was set at $2000.

-Washington Police conducted a meth investigation last night at a home on Jefferson Street.  City officers and a DEA Task Force found 6.5 grams of crystal meth worth around $650 on the street.  Also found were syringes, marijuana and paraphernalia.  Arrested were 65-year-old Stevie Shamblin for Dealing and Possessing Meth, and Possession of Paraphernalia and also Maintaining a Common Nuisance; 49-year-old Percy Lyford and 51-year-old Michael Morgan were charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance; 30-year-old Whitney Abbot was also charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance and a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for previous incidents of Meth Possession and Leaving the Scene of an Accidents.  All are from Washington. 

-Indiana State Police arrested three Washington men on warrants for weapons and other charges.  38-year-old Edgar Paz-Mendoza is charged with False Informing to Obtain a Handgun; 24-year-old Udifido Serrano Miranda is charged with False Informing and Possession of a Handgun by an Alien; 24-year-old Wilber Hernandez Conlindres is charged with False Informing and Possession of a Handgun without a License.  All three posted bond.
