Father Gordon Mann died Thursday morning. He’d been fighting a battle with leukemia.
Father Mann started as an associate pastor at St. Simon’s Church and in 2004 became pastor of Our Lady of Hope Church in Washington when St. Simon’s was closed and the two were consolidated. Father man served in parishes in Washington for a dozen years. He also worked in merging two parishes in Evansville.
