– A Sheriff’s Department investigation has resulted in a Child Molesting and Incest arrest. 35-year-old James Carrico of Washington was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on the charges Monday. He was jailed without bond. City Police arrested Carrico without incident at an address on 150-North about 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
-Washington Police arrested 30-year-old Ricardo Jimenez-Hernandez on a warrant Monday. He was wanted for Failure to Appear for Making an Unlawful Proposition. He faces an additional charge of Possession of a False Government ID. He was picked up at an apartment on Meridian.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old Jeremy E. Spivey of Washington on Monday for being a habitual Traffic offender, Criminal Trespassing and Invasion of Privacy. No bond was set.
-Overnight, 49-year-old Jefferey A. Foster of Washington was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant for Invasion of Privacy. Bond was set at $2,000. He was taken into custody without bond at just before 1-am today at a South Street address.
