We are one week into Washington Mayor Joe Wellman administration’s final year. He is not seeking office again in this municipal election year.
Wellman, in his monthly interview with WAMW told us he’s looking forward to spring. He says the local garden club will again be coordinating trash pickup this spring.
Also this coming spring the Mayor says the city will continue with its sidewalk replacement project where a homeowner can team up with the city on getting sidewalks replaced. Signups for that program are coming soon.
