Numerous arrests from the weekend

-Washington Police conducted an investigation Sunday evening into an alleged shoplifting incident at Wal Mart. Arrested were 51-year-old Ronald L. Veller and 52-year-old Angela K. Howard. Both are charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement.  Howard is also charged with Battery on Law Enforcement.

-An Odon man is facing charges of Operating While Intoxicated Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment.  35-year-old Darrell L. Kemp posted bond after the Sunday arrest.  No details were available on the circumstances surrounding the arrest.

-30-year-old Whitey R. Abbot of Washington was arrested for Battery on a Public Safety Official, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.  The arrest was made Sunday by the Sheriff’s Department.

-Justin M. Frederick, 42 of Wheatland was jailed on Sunday on several charges including Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and with Refusal, Possession of Paraphernalia and Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  NO bond was set. That arrest was made by Indiana State Police.

 -A Bridgeport, Illinois man was arrested on a warrant by the Daviess County Indiana Sheriff’s Department Sunday.  29-year-old Nathan D. Odell was wanted for Failure to Appear.  Bond was set at $2000 at the jail in Washington, IN.

-Jessica Perez-Hernandez, 38 of Washington was arrested by Washington officers Sunday for Driving While Suspended.  Bond was posted.

-Washington Police picked up 49-year-old Stacey A. Long of Washington for Failure to Appear for Dealing in Meth.  Bond was set at $7500

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 45-year-old Bolivar Prophete with Operating While Intoxicated Refusal on Sunday.  No bond was set.

-A Washington woman was jailed Saturday on a warrant for Neglect of a Dependent.  23-year-old Brooke L. Wolven posted bond. The arrest was made by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.
