A Gibson County woman pleaded guilty Friday to 2 Felony counts of Operating While Intoxicated Causing Death.
25-year-old Ashley Sanders admitted to charges stemming from the deaths of 20-year-old James Gasaway of Haubstadt and 19-year-old Trevor Watt of Princeton.
On September 1st, Sanders was northbound on US 41 north of Princeton and authorities said she did not see a vehicle slowing down in front of her to turn left. Sanders hit the vehicle at a high rate of speed resulting in the deaths of the two men. Sanders was seriously injured. She faces 4 to 24 years in prison and sentencing has been set for January 30th.
