Weekend police reports show a domestic dispute, high wind damage and car/deer crashes

-A suspect was taken into custody after a domestic dispute investigation in Odon on Saturday night. That incident began about 6:38-pm and last several hours.

-Strong winds caused some damage in the city over the weekend.  Sunday a building was blown down at Eagle Railcar. No one was injured. A tree limb fell and damaged two cars on Douglas Drive. That was reported at 12:20-pm Saturday. A limb was blown down on Bedford Road damaging a fence and vehicle. On Sunrise Drive a limb fell on a fence.

-There was a car/deer crash at 8:49 last night on 231 near Odon.

-A car/deer crash was reported at 12:25-am today on US 50 near Cannelburg.

-Car-deer crash reported just after 3-pm Saturday on I69 at mile marker 53.

-Saturday morning it was reported a Frito-Lay Truck swerved to miss another truck and was in a ditch at 900-East and 1000-North near Odon.

-A Bedford man was picked up on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on Sunday.  39-year-old Timothy L. Presser posted bond.

-58-year-old David E. Rhoads of Washington was booked into the security center on a warrant for Failure to Appear for Non Support of a Child. Bond was set at $5000.

-Saturday, Indiana State Police charged Ovidio J. Depaz-Mejia with Operating While Never Licensed.  Bond was posted.
