-26-year-old Jean G. Honore of Washington was arrested by state police Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated with Refusal. No bond was set.
-Washington Police arrested 48-year-old Victor T. Sobolewski of Vincennes Sunday. He’s charged with two counts of Operating While Intoxicated.
