Two VPs in Indiana

election-2018-1

The current Vice President of the United States and the former President of the United States are in Indiana this weekend, but for different reasons.

Vice President Mike Pence will be in Indianapolis tonight for a GOP fundraising dinner to encourage support for Republican U.S. Senate candidate Mike Braun. Pence will also be at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis Saturday morning at 10.

Former Vice President Joe Biden will also be in Indiana today to campaign for Braun’s opponent, Democrat Joe Donnelly. They will have a rally at the Hammond Civic Center at 5 pm CST.

That rally is meant to encourage people to vote early and recruit new volunteers for the Indiana Democratic Coordinated Campaign.
