Kendyl Elizabeth Kalb, 22, Denison, Texas, passed away at 6:30 pm on September 21, 2018 in Dallas, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Kendyl suffered from complications following heart surgery.
She was born on March 15, 1996 in Jasper, Indiana to Gerard Kalb and Joni Walton Kalb. She graduated from Frisco High School with honors in 2015 and had worked at Embassy Suites and Dollar General. Kendyl was loved by everyone who knew her, a sweet, caring, and giving young lady.
Kendyl is survived by her parents, Gerard Kalb, Plano, Texas, and Joni (Walton) Kalb Warnasch, Frisco, Texas, her stepfather, Ron Warnasch, Frisco, Texas, brother, Kaleb Kalb, The Colony, Texas, stepbrothers, Mark (Emily) Warnasch, Forney, Texas, Matt (Kacie) Warnasch, Argyle, Texas, nieces, Reese, Evie and Blair Warnasch, nephews, Kaden and Wyatt Warnasch, grandfather, Wayne Walton, of Loogootee, Indiana, Alfred and Paula Warnasch, Rosenberg,
Texas, her boyfriend of two years, Brandon James, Denison, Texas, and her fur babies, Lucy and Einstein. She is also survived by aunts and uncles, David (Linda) Walton, Darrel (Edwina) Walton, Jill Boruff, Marla (Lee) Williams-VanHoy, Joel Warnasch and Mike (Kim) Warnasch. Kendyl has several cousins on both sides of the family who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Hazel Walton, paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Patricia Kalb, uncle, Neal Williams, and cousin, Breanah Kay Williams.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Loogootee United Methodist Church.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Blake Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Project Search or Special Olympics, Texas, Area 10.
