The Local Emergency Planning Committee is planning a full scale exercise to be conducted next month.
The mock scenario will help to test and utilize current emergency plans and procedures already in place and to learn what if anything needs to changed, added or taken away.

That will be on US 50 near the Boyd Facility again on October 6th. It’ll start around 12:30-pm that day and involved the Emergency Planning Committee and various fire, police and medical personnel from Daviess County.
