There was a change in the County Commissioners Budget. A line item to fund operating expenses for the Economic Development Corporation had a zero in it. Council Member Mike Sprinkle was not happy about that…
The County Council agreed to put the $45,000 in that line item, which has been there for 20 years according to Sprinkle, to be used for operating expenses by the EDC for next year.
The vote to approve the budget this (Thurs) morning was unanimous.
