-The Indiana State Police arrested a Greene County man in Daviess County overnight. 50-year-old Dewey D. Gruel of Bloomfield was charged with two counts of Operating While Intoxicated which included with Greater than .08% and With a Controlled Substance. He’s also charged with Possession of Marijuana. Bond was set at $2000.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department served an arrest warrant on 46-year-old Cheryl L. Riester of Washington on Tuesday. She was arrested on two counts of Exploitation of an Endangered Adult and one count of Theft. Bond was posted.
-Washington City Police charged 55-year-old David A. Shartzer on Tuesday with Possession of Meth and Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
