WCPL to offer free STEM programming

stem

The Washington Carnegie Public Library is starting STEM programming for the fall. STEM is the acronym for science, technology, engineering and math.   Free afternoon STEM programs will be available for kids in grades K-12.

Monday there’s an opportunity to learn more about the programs.  Cailey Julian is the library’s STEM Coordinator…

        That grant was for $25,000.

Each month in the fall will offer a different theme with projects geared toward different age groups.  They will meet from 4 to 5 on Mondays.  Again to find out more, attend the open house at the Library anytime between 3:30 and 7 this Monday.
