Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a accident yesterday morning in the vicinity of E 500 S & S 100 E WASHINGTON. A caller reported a vehicle had rolled over and was upside down in a ditch. When authorities arrived the occupant was out of the vehicle and walking around. Deputies transported the occupant to his residence and the vehicle was taken to Briggemans. No injuries to the driver were reported.
Charles Faust, 54 years old from Leopold IN was arrested yesterday by sheriff’s deputies on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Faust was jailed on a $50,000 bond.
40 year old Raul Valdes-Sandoval of Washington was arrested yesterday and charged with operating never licensed. Bond of $2000 was posted.
Margaret Dant 22 years old of Washington was arrested by Washington Police yesterday. Dant faces charges of neglect of a dependent, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $2500.
Rathen German, 25 years old from Merom, IN was arrested by sheriff’s deputies yesterday. He faces charges of OVWI, OVWI with endangerment, possession of marijuana and possesson of paraphernalia. No bond set.
Ashley Hancock from Plainville was arrested this morning by sheriff’s deputies. The 33 year old Hancock was charged with criminal trespass, battery by bodily waste, and battery. No bond set.
And Juanita Hernandez-Cruz, age 41 of Washington was arrested by Washington police for disorderly conduct, domestic battery resulting in injury, and intimidation with a deadly weapon.
