Rachel E. Barr age 40 from Washington was arrested by Washington Police yesterday on an out of county warrant. No bond was set.
31 year old Logan R. Knepp of Odon was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies yesterday for Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. Not bond was set.
Washington Police investigated a fight last night a little after 7 at the Longfellow park basketball court. A subject was knocked unconscious and had had injuries to an eye and the back of his head. The subject regained consciousness and refused medical attention.
And In GREENE COUNTY a Springville, Indiana man was arrested for a Greene County crash that left one person dead. The crash happened in May on North State Road 45 in Bloomfield. According to court documents, Raul Ramirez crashed a stolen car into another car being driven by Jeremiah Murphy. Also in the car with Murphy was a female passenger and their four-year-old daughter. Murphy was killed in the crash. According to an area bartender, Ramirez stopped in earlier that evening for a couple of beers. On Monday, police arrested Ramirez. He is facing charges of operating a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, operating a vehicle causing death, and auto theft.
