-31-year-old Christopher L. Griggs of Jasper was jailed yesterday for a Violation of Community Corrections. No bond was set. The arrest made by the Sheriff’s Department.
-Reports say a Washington man was jailed in Jasper for Resisting Law Enforcement, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. 33-year-old Michael Weathers was booked into the Dubois County Security Center after an incident at a Jasper McDonald’s last night.
-A vehicle hit a telephone poll at Cosby Road and 150-West at just after 5 yesterday morning.
-Police investigated a breaking and entering and a theft on Pearl Street late Monday afternoon.
-There was a vehicle fire reported at 6 last night on East State Road 58 at Elnora. There were no injuries.
