Police arrest 3 after B&E

-Three people were arrested after a Breaking and Entering investigation on Maxwell Avenue yesterday afternoon. -29-year-old Derek L. Godfrey and 37-year-old Jaqueline Acevedo were arrested by city police Thursday for Possession of Meth and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe.  Godfrey also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Stolen Property and Visiting a Common Nuisance.  Acevedo faced additional charge of Maintaining a Common Nuisance.   The third charged in the incident was 44-year-old Steven R. Geary of Washington.  He faces Burglary, Residential Entry and Criminal Mischief charges.  All three were jailed without bond.

-31-year-old Ryan G. Downs of Washington, was jailed for Operating While Intoxicated Refusal and with a Controlled Substance Thursday. He is als charged with Dealing and Possession of Marijuana. No bond was set.

-44-year-old Raachel Mattes charged with Operating While Intoxicated. NO bond was set for the 44 year old Washington woman.

 *The Daviess County Sheriff’s Dept, reports these arrests:

 

-50-year-old Christopher Gluck of Washington was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated. Bond was set at $2000.

-Kevin D. Flax, 30 of Washington picked up on a Writ of Attachment. Bond set at $7400.

-Adam H. Gonyaw, 30 of Troy Vermont was jailed for 3 coutns of Operating While Intoxicated.  They included with Endangerment, with a Controlled Substance and with Greater or Equal to .15%.  Bond was posted.

 -City police worked property damage accidents at East Side Auto, Wal Mart and Cherry Tree Plaza on Thursday.

-There was a motorcycle accident at 8:50 pm last night.  One person was charged in the incident.
