Arrests made after reckless driver and suspicious activity complaints

Paul Shartzer, 20 of Washington was arrested by Washington Police Tuesday for Operating While Intoxicated Refusal and Endangerment.  No bond was set.  Shartzer was charged after a report of a reckless driver was received at about 6:30 Tuesday morning.  Police located the vehicle at Downey and 11th and following an investigation, Shartzer was taken into custody.

-Dylan Burris, 28, of Washington was booked into the security center yesterday for Possession of a Syringe, Marijuana and Schedule 2 and 4 controlled substances.  He’s also charged with Tampering or Obstruction of Justice.  Bond was posted.  Burris was taken into custody when officers investigated a report of suspicious activity at North and Northwest 12th at 6:25-pm last evening.

-Daviess County officers served an arrest warrant on 31-year-old D’Shara R. Miles of Evansville on Tuesday.  Miles was wanted for Failure to Appear for Disorderly Conduct.

-24-year-old Tyler Tice was arrested by Vincennes Police Tuesday for Possession of Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.

-Indiana State Police arrested 35-year-old Charles Baughn in Knox County on Tuesday for Possession of Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
