Sherri Lynn Harding, 56, of Washington, Indiana passed away at 8:00 P.M Saturday, May 26, 2018 in Evansville, Indiana.
She was born on April 2, 1962 in Lawrence County, Indiana to Lloyd M. and Helen (Marrow) Turner. Sherri graduated High School from Bedford North Lawrence in 1980. She earned a degree in cosmetology. Sherri married John Harding on July 2, 1988. She was a dispatcher for the Washington City Police Department for 16 years. Sherri worked for Southwest Medical Service for 6 and a half years. She loved her dogs, and enjoyed crocheting.
Sherri was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd, and Helen Turner.
Sherri is survived by her loving husband, John Harding, her daughter, Ivy Harding, her grandchildren; Lillian Harding, Jaxon Sizemore, Alice Coleman, her siblings; Mike Turner of Washington State, Bill Turner of Washington, In, Pat Turner of Washington, In, Jean Werderitch of Danville, Ky, her brother and sister – in – laws; Gerri Ann Fortner of Cullman, Al, Henry Harding of Cullman, Al, Sarah Elrod – Ausbrook of Washington, In, William (Dana) Harding of Montgomery, In, Mark Harding of Montgomery, IN, Liz Tinkle of Montgomery, In, and Cheryl Harding of Michigan, and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be conducted at Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery, In on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 11:00 A.M with Pastor Adam Conder officiating. Burial will follow in Goodwill Cemetery in Loogootee, In.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 4:00pm until 8:00 pm at Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery, In.
