Thousands are expected in Vincennes this weekend for the annual Spirit of Vincennes Rendezvous. The event, showcasing life in colonial America and the history of Vincennes and George Rogers Clark, brings in re-enactors, merchants, civic groups, and visitors from across the Midwest.   Spokesperson Mark Hill says one of the attributes of the 42 year old Rendevous is it’s authenticity…

The event runs over two days– from nine a-m to six p-m on Saturday, and from ten to five on Sunday.  You can buy a $12 button good for admission for both days. One day admission is $10.  Kids 12 and under get in for $2 and there is a $3 charge for parking.
