A Gibson County man has been arrested in connection with the death of his infant son last week.
22-year-old Kwin Boes is charged with Aggravated Battery Resulting in Death and Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death.
The baby died last weekend of head injuries, he was 11 weeks old.
Boes says he fell asleep while babysitting and that when he woke up, Parker Boes was on the floor.
He told Patoka police his son must have “fallen off the couch”, but doctors say a fall would not have caused Parker’s injuries.
