Police Reports: Motorist hits cars after possible heart attack

-Ambulance and fire units were called to West National Highway here near the Washington Radio Center at 5:11 pm yesterday.  A motorist was said to have had a possible heart attack while driving and hit several vehicles.  The man stopped his vehicle and was taken to DCH for treatment.

-At about 2:30 yesterday, Washington officers investigated a reported fight at Wal-Mart.

-Indiana State Police arrested a Montgomery man yesterday for Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia and for Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  29-year-old Keith Wittmer is also charged with Operating While Intoxicated Refusal and with Endangerment, and with Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident.  No bond was set.  It’s believed the arrest came following an incident which happened at just after 10 yesterday morning.  At that time there was a report of a vehicle hitting a horse and buggy westbound on County Road 200-North.  No major injuries were reported.  The vehicle was described as a blue and teal van last seen headed west.  It left the scene and was later located after an investigation by local and state police.

-Washington City Police made a traffic stop at 9:05 last night at Northwest 1st and West Maple and arrested three people.   50-year-old Todd Briggs of Princeton, 39-year-old Tina Knapp and 35-year-old Bryce Howell both of Washington were arrested for Possession for Synthetic Cannabis.  Briggs and Knapp are also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia. All three face nuisance charges.
