-A traffic stop on Harned Avenue at 10:10 resulted in charges against 34-year-old Shannon Ellis of Washington. She’s charged with Operating While Intoxicated Refusal and Operating While Intoxicated with a passenger under 18.
-A traffic stop on Maysville Road at 5:36 last evening resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Jason W. Hubbard of Washington. E was charged with Possession of Marijuana and a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance. Bond was posted.
-An arrest warrant for forgery was served on 25-year-old Taylor Kavanaugh of Montgomery yesterday. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $50,000 bond.
-Two vehicles crashed at East Pearl and State Road 57 at about 2:15 yesterday afternoon. No injuries. One driver was cited for failure to yield.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigated an accident at 2 yesterdasy on Old 41. No injuries were reported.
-A breaking and entering was reported at just after 5 last evening. A resident on Southeast 13th noticed the incident after returning home from work. Several items reported taken including a backpack, and a video game system and games.
